G1500 Semi-Automatic Cover System

The cover is manually wound onto the roller assembly and torsion springs actuate the pivot arm framework. The control box assembly, heavy duty mesh cover and wind deflector are included.

G1000 Semi-Automatic Cover System

Direct drive, disengaging crank handle winds the economy cover onto the roller assembly. Controlled covering results by releasing the brake assembly. The pivot arm framework is torsion spring actuated. Wind deflector is optional.

ETC 1500D Fully Automatic Deluxe Cover System

Fully automatic electrically powered deluxe system winds the cover onto the roller assembly. Features are a 12 volt D.C. power source, solenoid operated switch, forward and reverse power, automatic slip clutch and automatic resetting circuit breaker. The heavy duty pivot arm framework is actuated by torsion springs. A heavy duty mesh cover and wind deflector are included.

Wind Deflector (above)

The wind deflector directs air flow to help keep the cover positioned properly on the load and aids in preventing asphalt cooling. It should be used with any solid fabric.

Control Box Assembly (shown with chain guard)

The control box assembly operates the cover system. The crank handle is designed to disengage and remain stationary when the cover unit (pivot arm framework) is in the covering motion. Controlled automatic covering is accomplished with a safe and simple braking system, and a positive locking pawl engages the sprocket when the cover unit is not in use. Gear reduction allows for easy cranking.
